At the American Express Golf Tournament in Palm Springs, our crew installed official event decals on 220 vehicles within a four-day window. OEM brands typically order paint protection film for manufacturer track experience programs where vehicles face road debris, rock chips, and accelerated surface wear that would require repainting before the vehicles can be sold or sent to the next market. AOD applies PPF and ceramic coating to manufacturer standards, protecting each vehicle's surface through the full tour without interrupting the event schedule. Every vehicle that arrives at an AOD-managed event goes through a structured receiving and inspection process. We coordinate vehicle receipt from transport, complete VIN-level condition inspections, document pre-existing damage, and manage key tracking and vehicle accountability from arrival through departure. At the Rolex 24 at Daytona, our team received Lamborghini vehicles off transport trucks, completed full inspections, maintained the fleet throughout the race weekend, and coordinated loading at close. Every discrepancy is documented and escalated before the event begins, not after.
