The Grenadier Off Road Tour is a portfolio entry that showcases a different side of what AOD brings to an event: the ability to assess an unconventional situation, identify what needs to happen, and execute without a playbook. The Grenadier, built by INEOS, is a serious off-road vehicle, and the tour was designed to put customers through genuine terrain in demanding outdoor environments.

The scope for this program required AOD to adapt standard vehicle readiness protocols to an off-road context: vehicles returning to staging in varying states of condition depending on the route, terrain, and weather of each event day. AOD managed vehicle cleaning and preparation between sessions, maintained the fleet throughout the program, and handled the kind of field problem-solving that off-road environments demand. There is no standard checklist for pulling a Grenadier out of a mud run and having it ready for the next customer in an hour. AOD figured it out.
