AOD has been supporting golf championship fleet programs for over 15 years, making tournament vehicle readiness one of the most established parts of the AOD operation. The scope at major golf events is defined by scale: hundreds of vehicles, compressed preparation windows, and a combination of display vehicles, courtesy fleet, and sponsor programs that all have to be ready before the first tee time.

At the BMW BNP Paribas Tennis Open in Indian Wells, AOD managed approximately 250 BMW vehicles, handled vehicle unloading and loading, maintained the full fleet throughout the tournament, and installed vinyl graphics on 240 vehicles. At the Lexus PGA Tour activations, AOD prepared fleets of 130 to 170 vehicles per city across multiple tournament stops, covering both display vehicles and the courtesy fleet placed into service throughout each event. At the American Express Golf Tournament in Palm Springs, AOD installed event decals on 220 vehicles within a four-day window.

Major tournaments do not give second chances. The fleet has to be right on day one and stay right through the final round. AOD delivers that, year after year.
